POSTAGE
All items are posted through Australia Post. Mad Parrot Studio guarantees orders are posted, however, Australia Post is responsible for delivery. Items will be dispatched after confirmation of payment received in full and cleared. Customers will be notifiedof the dispatch date of their order via email from Mad Parrot Studio. All efforts are taken by us to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery, however we would ask that customers allow 7 working days for national deliveries and 14 working days for international deliveries.

RETURNS
It is very important to us that you are happy with our product. We have taken every care to describe our product fully. To avoid misunderstanding we recommend you read the website fully and if still in doubt contact us before purchasing. We take the utmost care to ensure your order arrives in good condition. in the event of stock being received in a faulty or damaged state, however, we will organise an immediate replacement. These terms apply only in the event of damaged goods. They do not apply if the customer changes their mind regarding the order or choice of product. Postage charges are not refundable on returns.
